Exhibit Space
Spring Conference exhibit space is a draped, 6-foot table-top display and two chairs (provided). PLEASE NOTE: THESE ARE TABLETOP EXHIBITS - there will NOT be adequate space for large backdrops.
Shipping
Shipments must be received AFTER April 16, 2026. Shipments received prior to 72 hours before the scheduled event will be charged a $10 storage fee, per day. See shipping label (below) for instructions.
All packages being shipped out from the hotel must have a pre-paid shipping label attached and pick-up scheduled with your appropriate carrier – UPS or FedEx.

Conference Table Exhibit – New for 2026
This year, one of the conference tables will be sponsored by you! As a Conference Table Exhibitor, you will have a table tent featuring your logo along with the opportunity to include marketing materials or literature at the table. You are welcome to sit at the table and engage with attendees if space allows but not required. Please mail your materials no later than April 10, 2026, to the Kentucky Bankers Association, Attn: Katie Rajchel, 600 W. Main St., Suite 400, Louisville, KY 40202, or you may bring them onsite and provide them directly to Katie by 12:00 PM on Sunday, April 19, 2026.
Giveaway Details
Send Katie the details of any giveaways you will be doing at your booth by April 3, 2026 and we will include it in the program.

EARLY TEAR DOWN OF YOUR EXHIBIT SPACE IS PROHIBITED – it is disruptive to the meeting session. If you have to leave early, please tear down during the 10AM break.
